VINCI Energies, a growth-focused company that expands heavily through acquisitions, needed a scalable and user-friendly identity management solution to unify onboarding and access management across a decentralized organization. After finding its existing setup difficult to scale and use, VINCI Energies worked with OpenText, using NetIQ Identity Manager to support integration with key systems like Office 365, SAP, HR, and ITSM.

OpenText implemented near real-time automated provisioning and deprovisioning, self-service password management, and out-of-the-box connectors for easier interoperability. The result was the ability to manage 80,000 identities with a core team of just three people, speed up onboarding, reduce manual effort and human error, and quickly integrate new companies while improving productivity and license control.
