NetIQ Identity Governance and NetIQ Change Guardian deliver full audit compliance and system access control

The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) needed to strengthen access controls, improve audit readiness, and reduce manual security tasks across its IT environment. Working with local partner LiyaTech and OpenText expertise, the organization turned to OpenText Identity Governance and Change Guardian to address gaps in its access and security policies.

OpenText implemented Identity Governance to consolidate user entitlements into a single view and automate access reviews, while Change Guardian centralized change auditing and delivered real-time monitoring of account activity and security events. As a result, QCTO streamlined its auditing process, improved system security, and gained clearer transparency in access reviews, while also saving time and effort every day and supporting compliance with new data protection regulations.
