Nationwide implemented OpenText ALM Octane as a central lifecycle hub to align product owners, developers and testers, enable CI/CD and earlier automated testing, and provide real-time dashboards and code/test-coverage insights. The change produced faster two-week sprints, greater visibility into quality and change impact, and defect reductions of 20%–90% in some areas, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
