Manual, multi-stage reviews and document movement between departments caused delays, made tracking difficult, and increased the risk of lost records. NABARD partnered with OpenText to address these paper-heavy case management challenges.
OpenText helped NABARD begin a digital transformation to replace manual tasks with efficient digital workflows for case and document processing. The solution reduced the need to print, transport, and store paper records, improving processing speed and accuracy while also lowering NABARD’s environmental footprint.
