To support Stellar’s low-price model and promise of reliable data protection, CoreTech needed a single, cost-effective way to back up both VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V VMs without the disruptive, time-consuming downtime its previous manual backup process required.

CoreTech implemented Micro Focus VM Explorer to schedule automated backups and tests across its VMware production clusters and Hyper-V development VMs. The tool eliminated manual VM downtime, provided email reports and dashboard visibility, saved administrators hours each week, and cut backup costs—saving CoreTech thousands of euros versus their prior Veeam approach—while improving productivity and transparency.
