Micro Focus® FlexCare Support helps ensure the success of a complex migration project

T-Systems, a Deutsche Telekom subsidiary with a global footprint and 37,900 employees, needed a reliable, single-vendor monitoring and event-management solution to support its Zero Outage commitment across 1.4 million managed desktops and cloud services worldwide. The challenge was to migrate a vast, highly complex IT estate to new monitoring and management tools without disrupting customer service.

T-Systems deployed Micro Focus Operations Bridge and engaged Micro Focus FlexCare Support—including a full-time Enterprise Services Manager, four Named Account Support Engineers, TAMs and R&D—to align the solution with its performance requirements. The migration of tens of thousands of servers completed with zero customer impact, strengthened T-Systems’ internal expertise (funded via FlexCare Credits), and enabled new offerings like Managed OS for Open Telekom Cloud while fostering a trusted, collaborative support relationship.
