IBTech, the R&D arm of QNB Finansbank established in 2005 with over 650 IT professionals, builds and operates the bank’s digital banking platforms. As mobile banking usage surged, IBTech discovered its reliance on server-side logs left it blind to client-side crashes and performance issues—an untenable situation for a bank serving more than two million mobile users that needed faster, more transparent problem detection.
IBTech deployed Micro Focus AppPulse Mobile, seamlessly integrating it into its banking apps to monitor real user sessions end-to-end. The solution (now covering roughly 950k users) delivers stability reports, HTTP timelines, UI performance and transaction-level visibility so teams can detect and resolve crashes faster, prioritize fixes that impact the most users and improve app ratings and overall customer experience; IBTech is now expanding rollout and evaluating further Micro Focus tools.
