Mewburn implemented OpenText eDOCS DM (v5.3), tailoring the system with extended metadata, Kofax scanning and tight email integration so documents are captured, categorised and attached to client case files from creation or receipt. The result was greatly reduced paper printing and storage, faster delivery of inbound communications, secure remote access and full case visibility—enabling partners to assume cases easily and improving overall efficiency and client service.
