Messe München International (MMI), a global trade-fair organizer with more than 500 employees and representation in 80+ countries, was processing over 300,000 incoming invoices a year and struggling with paper-based accounts payable. Large archives, slow internal circulation, missed early‑payment discounts, high invoice-capture costs and limited audit transparency created growing operational and compliance pressure.
