Using OpenText Core SDP and OpenText DevOps Aviator, the retailer was able to reduce onboarding time from six weeks to three weeks and shorten test-case creation from seven days to four.
OpenText helped Pick n Pay automate earlier in sprints, raising automation coverage from about 65% to 95% and improving platform-specific test coverage by 25% to 30%. The result was a major boost in release velocity, with cycle times cut by 43% and more than 60 releases completed in six months, while faster access to testing data also made Go/No-Go decisions easier.
