L’Oréal Maximizes the Impact of Client Communications with OpenText

L'Oréal, the world leader in beauty with 27 brands and 77,000 employees across 130 countries, faced a major challenge in managing high volumes of multilingual, multichannel customer documents—such as invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes and product labels. Their existing document solution lacked the scalability and template flexibility needed for multi-country requirements, creating problems with document traceability, governance and fast adaptation to local needs.

To address this, L'Oréal implemented OpenText Document Presentment for SAP Solutions (integrated natively with SAP) to centralize document composition and template management. The solution enabled rapid prototyping and multichannel delivery, reduced templates from 93 to 43 and overall forms by 30%, lowered maintenance and support time by 20% year over year, and established a single, scalable tool for better control, faster customer communications and personalized documents.
