A OpenText Case Study
Gleiss Lutz, a legal firm, needed a better way to document review findings and manage complex legal case data at scale. To solve this, the firm worked with OpenText to integrate OpenText eDiscovery with its FactTracker system, aiming to streamline workflows, improve data management, and keep critical review information accessible for future litigation and compliance needs.
OpenText and Gleiss Lutz developed FactSync, an automated workflow that transfers metadata, native documents, and review results from OpenText eDiscovery into FactTracker. The solution uses batch processing and sophisticated data mapping to populate fields like custodian and document title automatically, reducing manual work and creating a centralized, reliable case repository that supports large-scale matters and long-term accessibility.
