Using OpenText Documentum, the airline created a single source of truth for maintenance documents and related data across its engineering, HR, and finance operations.
OpenText helped Air France-KLM digitize and manage millions of documents, while also supporting a transition to the D2 SmartView interface and deeper integration with SAP and Salesforce. With OpenText Professional Services, Air France-KLM is also moving its Documentum environment to private Microsoft Azure cloud, improving productivity, control, and mobile access while saving time and effort in document retrieval and management.
