SMBC implemented OpenText MBPM to automate the Customer Information File and KYC workflows, consolidate interfaces into a single user-friendly system, and integrate with Active Directory, downstream systems and document management. The solution—deployed to 1,000+ North American users—reduced processing time, improved data accuracy and regulatory visibility, lowered corporate risk and boosted productivity, with rollouts planned for Europe and Canada.
