Kuntien Tiera needed a robust, extensible, and cost-effective case management platform to serve a growing number of public-sector customers while keeping sensitive information secure. Working with OpenText, the organization used the OpenText Documentum platform, together with Fujitsu CaseM, to support scalable digital case management across Finland.

OpenText helped Kuntien Tiera implement a single-tenant Documentum deployment hosted in a Fujitsu data center, enabling secure onboarding of new customers and standardized templates. The solution now supports more than 40 public-sector organizations, and municipalities have reported major benefits, including lower costs, improved decision-making efficiency, and a 97.9% reduction in CO2 emissions in the City of Mikkeli after moving from paper-based processes.
