KoçSistem, a leading Turkish technology company serving more than 1,400 customers with over 1,500 employees and three data centers, faced rising application complexity and needed to embed software quality across the organization. The challenge was to adopt effective test strategies, processes and tools to shift left, find defects earlier, and accelerate delivery without increasing cost.

KoçSistem implemented OpenText UFT One (with plans for UFT Digital Lab) to build a continuous testing pipeline, run team workshops, and standardize reusable test assets. The move reduced manual testing from 42 to 12 hours per sprint—eliminating 144 person‑days on a large project—enabled earlier defect detection, more frequent deployments, faster time to market, and higher customer satisfaction.
