OpenText implemented a self-service portal that automated approval flows, provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access, while translating technical entitlements into user-friendly language. OpenText also automated reporting and access reviews, integrating with HR and target systems to streamline governance. The result was major cost and productivity savings, access times cut from days to hours, half of the identity management team redeployed, and significantly improved visibility and reporting efficiency.
