KKB helps employees to work more productively with ultra-efficient project management solutions

Kredi Kayıt Bürosu (KKB) is Turkey’s national credit bureau, founded in 1995 to provide banks and financial institutions with fast, secure access to consumer credit information. Facing rising demand for rapid, accurate credit decisions, KKB’s project management was fragmented across multiple tools and spreadsheets, which limited visibility, increased errors, slowed audits, and hampered prioritization and resource planning.

KKB implemented OpenText (formerly Micro Focus) Project and Portfolio Management with systems integrator OPTiiM, standardizing workflows, adding an anomaly‑detection tool with gamification to improve data quality, and integrating Aangine for portfolio planning and optimization. As a result KKB now handles 22% more projects annually (98 vs. 80), delivers 80% of projects on time, cut product development time by 30%, and achieved productivity gains equivalent to up to 20 full‑time employees.
