Türk Telekom needed end-to-end visibility across its rapidly growing data center environment and better tools to analyze big data, speed root-cause detection, and improve customer experience. To address this challenge, the company partnered with OpenText and used OpenText Operations Bridge and related ITOM tools to unify monitoring across its infrastructure and business services.

OpenText integrated more than 30 technologies into a single source of truth, built business service models for over 150 applications and 500 functional services, and delivered 25 real-time executive dashboards with OpenText BVD. The project was completed in five months and helped Türk Telekom improve service outages by 49%, reduce customer service loss duration by 23%, cut IT application outage duration by 53%, increase alarm conversion by 82%, and improve event consolidation by 43%.
