Johnsonville Sausage, a family-owned leader in the U.S. sausage market with about 1,600 employees, faced inefficient, paper-based HR processes: member files were stored in multiple filing rooms and off-site storage, making retrieval slow, increasing audit risk, and driving storage costs.
