A OpenText Case Study
Jawwy, the digital-first prepaid mobile service from stc in Saudi Arabia, needed to manage rapid growth across dozens of customer-facing and internal applications while keeping internal teams and external development partners aligned. The challenge was to run end-to-end application lifecycle processes—requirements, testing, defect tracking and reporting—without manual delays or miscommunication that could slow releases or introduce errors.
Jawwy deployed OpenText ALM/Quality Center (used by ~150 users across ~500–600 projects/year) as a single platform for test-case management, defect tracking, automated stakeholder notifications and reporting, and upgraded to Version 15 for improved automation and analytics. The result: faster, more accurate communication, easier mapping of defects to test cases, maintained release timelines and an estimated saving of about 15 man-days per month, with strong vendor support enabling future CI/CD initiatives.
