Telekom Srbija, a leading telecommunications group serving over 11 million subscribers across Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, needed to better align IT with business priorities, boost process efficiency and gain transparency of incoming requests. Relying on multiple Excel sheets left IT management fragmented, made KPI measurement difficult and hampered time-to-market — the company aimed to improve speed by at least 10%.
Telekom Srbija implemented Micro Focus Project and Portfolio Management with Software Services to standardize processes and strengthen IT governance. Fully deployed by June 2015, PPM delivered end-to-end visibility, enabled meaningful KPIs, improved resource allocation and bottleneck detection, and helped the company launch new services roughly 10% faster while continuing to mature its IT governance.
