The company built a custom system on OpenText Documentum and integrated OpenText Brava! for Documentum Webtop to view and annotate virtually any file type in‑app, with annotations stored and displayed automatically. This consolidated documents on a central server, streamlined markup and review, sped forms processing, and improved access and collaboration for regional offices nationwide.
