AEGON implemented a centralized OpenText Case360 solution integrated with PeopleSoft, built in about five weeks (~400 hours). The new electronic workflow cut invoice lead time by roughly one month (now invoices are processed in days), reduced reminders and phone calls, lowered error rates, improved process control, and enabled cost savings through efficiency and supplier centralization.
