Media Logistics, the distribution arm of Dutch media group Audax, handles daily magazine delivery to 14,000 news outlets across the Benelux region. Their previous process—batch-printing packing slips, return slips, stickers and invoices, then shipping crates and paperwork to 34 depots for manual sorting—was time-consuming and error-prone, prompting a need for a more reliable, efficient distribution and document workflow.
