NCCW is the Netherlands’ largest service partner for housing associations (52% market share, 240 corporations and nearly one million users). Facing intense competition, complex legacy interoperability, regulatory pressures and growing demand for cloud services, NCCW needed a single integrated platform to streamline processes, improve governance and offer new cloud-based products to its customers.

NCCW partnered with OpenText Cordys to build Corporation Cloud, a SaaS/PaaS offering using Cordys BOP, BPM and Cloud Provisioning to deliver cloud-based BPM, integration, provisioning and self-service “smart” applications with flexible on‑premise or SaaS deployment. The platform accelerated deployment, cut costs, improved collaboration and customer service, enabled new revenue-generating cloud offerings, attracted 17 housing associations within two years and earned the Computable 2012 “Partner of the Year” award.
