HELLER, a manufacturing company, needed to streamline its invoice processing while reducing deployment costs, business risk, and compliance concerns. Working with OpenText, the company used OpenText Vendor Invoice Management for SAP Solutions to improve efficiency and simplify its accounts payable operations on a tight budget.

OpenText implemented an automated, intuitive invoice management process that required little training and quickly gained strong user acceptance. The solution now handles about 80,000 invoices a year, helped HELLER achieve a strong audit rating, and reduced compliance risk by improving detection of incomplete invoices. HELLER also reports that the project was delivered faster, smoother, and at a lower cost than expected, with plans to extend the OpenText-based process to SAP S/4HANA and XRechnung e-invoicing.
