Operating in a tightly regulated industry, the firm struggled with slow billing, poor document visibility, manual email capture and limited workload planning—risks to both customer service and compliance, particularly as more staff worked remotely.
Hawksford implemented OpenText solutions (MBPM, eDOCS, Email Filing and RightFax) integrated with its Jobstream back‑office system to digitize and automate content and processes. The change cut bill production from about two days to under two hours (in some cases three minutes), saved roughly 10 minutes per bill, automated email retention (handling ~170,000 emails/month), delivered a full audit trail, improved resource planning and remote access, and led to measurable performance gains and reduced paper and storage costs.
