A OpenText Case Study
Groupama Sigorta, the Turkish arm of European insurer Groupama, struggled with dense, hard-to-read policy documents produced from a legacy AS400 spool process. Producing about one million policies a year with more than 250 variable fields, the insurer could not support modern data formats, sophisticated layouts or new regulatory requirements (fonts, QR codes), and agents were dissatisfied with the look and length of documents.
The company implemented OpenText Exstream CCM, which integrated with existing systems to enable XML, richer image and table control, personalized marketing and QR-code delivery without replacing core platforms. Results included cutting health policy pages from 51 to 22, a 20% reduction in print times, improved brand perception and agent satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and an expected return on investment within two years.
