Dubai Customs worked with OpenText to scale its application testing and lifecycle management as trade and data volumes grew, while maintaining round-the-clock uptime across a growing portfolio of critical systems. Using OpenText Application Quality Management, OpenText Functional Testing, and OpenText Professional Performance Engineering, the organization needed to support more applications, more users, and more complex testing demands without slowing delivery.

OpenText helped Dubai Customs shift to Agile testing and automate key workflows, including test data generation and performance simulations. As a result, release cycles were cut from up to two months to 14 days, critical maintenance build time dropped to two days, and manual data generation for maintenance tests fell from three hours to two minutes—a 99% improvement. Dubai Customs has also run more than 30,000 unique test cases with OpenText.
