Metinvest Holding, an international steel and mining group, was struggling to keep up with rising document volumes, slow workflow response times, and limited flexibility across business processes. To address these challenges, Metinvest turned to OpenText, using OpenText Extended ECM for SAP Solutions with implementation support from N-iX.

OpenText, implemented by N-iX, automated and optimized Metinvest’s document-related processes, improved the user interface and archiving performance, and made the server architecture more scalable and flexible. The impact was significant: daily document processing increased from 100 to more than 7,000 documents per day, helping Metinvest streamline operations and boost productivity.
