A OpenText Case Study
Rosetta Stone, a global leader in language-learning and literacy programs serving schools, businesses, governments and millions of learners, faced a content challenge: more than a million images, videos and audio files were scattered across servers and sites after growth and acquisitions, making it hard to find, verify rights, control versions, and deliver timely assets to creative and product teams worldwide.
To solve this, Rosetta Stone implemented OpenText Media Management (deployed in 2007 and later upgraded to 10.5) as a centralized digital asset management platform with granular rights management, version control, auditing and fast search. The result: content is harnessed and reusable across teams and regions, creative and legal workflows are faster and more confident, product creation is accelerated, onboarding is simplified and the repository now serves as a reliable archive and scalable foundation for growth.
