OpenText implemented an integrated solution using ControlPoint, Voltage Structured Data Manager, and OpenText Knowledge Discovery, supported by OpenText Professional Services. The company scanned structured and unstructured data, deduplicated and cleaned it, and centralized it in a searchable repository with dashboards. As a result, DSAR response work that once required querying hundreds of systems became much faster and more efficient, giving the company instant search capability, stronger compliance, and a scalable privacy framework for future governance needs.
