OpenText, with partner Meniko, implemented OpenText Knowledge Discovery, Voltage Structured Data Manager, and OpenText Professional Services to scan, classify, deduplicate, and catalog data into a central registry with dashboards and risk reports. The result was instant, searchable visibility across data sources, faster DSAR responses, better breach impact assessment, automated identification of expired data, and stronger retention and compliance controls; the customer also built an in-house privacy team and became an internal compliance showcase.
