Doctors on Demand, a fast-growing telehealth provider serving over 60,000 patients with a small core team, needed to strengthen security for its Azure-based cloud platform as patient demand surged and the business prepared for corporate and international expansion. OpenText’s Fortify on Demand was implemented to scan the source code of Doctors on Demand’s web and mobile apps, uncover vulnerabilities, and support a broader risk management framework and 24-month security roadmap. The solution identified minor issues that were quickly remediated, helping Doctors on Demand improve cyber security and compliance readiness; during the same period, the business reported 235% growth in its doctor base, 144% year-over-year revenue growth, and a major rise in web traffic.
