Faysal Bank Limited, a Pakistani bank with more than 260 branches and roughly 4,000 employees, needed better oversight of IT administrators who access dozens of critical databases. Working with partner NDS, Faysal Bank deployed NetIQ Sentinel Log Manager to collect logs in real time with zero performance impact, generate consolidated reports and trigger event‑based alerts. The solution delivers clear visibility into administrator activity (when and where access occurred, commands run, tables/fields changed), reduced business risk by providing a full audit trail for compliance, and minimized IT overhead — with plans underway to add Identity Manager for tighter role and access control.
