A OpenText Case Study
Farys needed a more flexible and cost-effective way to manage customer communications, after relying on an external print shop for documents like water bills, purchase orders, and employee letters. The company wanted a centralized CCM platform that could work across digital and paper channels and integrate with its large SAP environment, so it turned to OpenText, initially using OpenText StreamServe and later OpenText Exstream.
OpenText implemented a solution that automated document creation, personalization, and delivery while connecting seamlessly with SAP and other systems through APIs and connectors. The upgrade to OpenText Exstream gave Farys full visibility into document tracking and delivery, and support from OpenText Professional Services helped deliver a robust platform that can send thousands of documents in seconds. Farys now produces more than 2 million documents annually in one system, reduces dependence on external resources, and saves time and money.
