The Convenience Store Chain was struggling with slow, paper-based processes that made it difficult to manage orders, communicate with franchisees, and quickly respond when items were missing from shipments. In partnership with OpenText, the company used OpenText Extended ECM to replace manual workflows and support digital document management across its retail and warehouse operations.
OpenText implemented a cloud-based digital workflow solution that enabled real-time collaboration, instant alerts for missing items, and secure electronic document handling. The results included faster warehouse response times, reduced stockout risk, more than 1.5 million daily interactions with the system, around 180,000 digital documents signed electronically, and savings of about 1,500 trees per year.
