The European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) is an international science organisation that provides global numerical weather and seasonal forecasts to Member and Cooperating states. Faced with migrating decades of meteorological archives and managing thousands of auditable deliverables from about 80 contractors for the EU Copernicus programme, ECMWF needed robust search, integration with office tools, secure collaboration and an audit trail to meet strict scientific and contractual requirements.
