The company had been using OpenText Archiving and Document Access for SAP Solutions to manage invoice and document retention in its finance operations.

ENERCON worked with OpenText to move its archiving services to the cloud, using OCR-driven workflows and immutable storage to keep SAP-linked records available and compliant without managing the underlying infrastructure. The result was 24/7 uptime for 20 million archived documents and annual savings of more than €23,000 in rising data center energy costs, while also gaining faster scalability and simpler operations.
