EndGame - Customer Case Study

EndGame is a Wellington, New Zealand–based startup that builds cloud applications using Agile methods. As projects grew in complexity, traditional SCM tools (TFS and Subversion) caused frequent broken nightly builds, time-consuming merges, and missed monthly release targets, which reduced developer productivity and slowed delivery.

EndGame implemented AccuRev to support Agile branching, merging, and stream-based workflows. The tool streamlined releases and made it possible to ship small fixes between monthly releases, improving developer productivity by about 10%, enabling testing deployments up to 20 times per day, and allowing two to five updates per release.
