Drives efficiency and savings with Content Manager

NAMICO, an insurance company, needed an electronic records management solution that could create secure boundaries between documents and workflows across its businesses. The company evaluated several options and chose OpenText Content Manager because it met both its document management and strict security requirements, including the ability to fully isolate documents between companies.

OpenText implemented Content Manager with Tagence’s help, integrating it with Microsoft Office and aligning it with NAMICO’s existing workflow processes. The result was a flexible electronic filing system that mirrored the old paper-based setup, improving user adoption and enabling text search and automated document handling. NAMICO also gained the ability to support its subsidiary NIA with electronic records services while preserving workflow integrity and access controls.
