Working with OpenText, Bci used OpenText Software Delivery Management, OpenText Functional Testing, OpenText Functional Testing Lab for Mobile and Web, and OpenText Enterprise Performance Engineering to modernize its DevOps and testing approach.

OpenText helped Bci automate testing, improve governance and coverage, and embed performance engineering into the development lifecycle. The results were significant: 90% fewer defects, 21% cost reduction, 95% of manual regression tests replaced with automation, and a 75% reduction in time to market, cutting delivery from about two months to two weeks on average.
