Delivering tailored, secure, and compliant records management with Content Manager

Camden Centre for Learning (CCfL) is a two-site Pupil Referral Unit in Camden providing alternative education for children unable to attend mainstream school. The school struggled with over 2,000 scattered HR records across sites, making GDPR compliance, retention scheduling and audit reporting difficult, and remote access unreliable during increased home working.

CCfL partnered with Records Transformation to deploy GilbyIM, a cloud SaaS built on Micro Focus Content Manager, which replicated their folder structure, applied security groups and a built-in retention schedule, and migrated documents in a one-day onboarding. The result is a maintenance-free, secure repository with simple remote access, clearer audit-ready records management, and growing confidence to move even sensitive pupil safeguarding files into the system.
