Delivering cutting-edge banking services to customers with rapid, reliable, agile software development powered by OpenText ALM Octane

Santander Brazil, one of the country’s largest digital banks with more than 19 million online customers, needed to speed up innovation while improving visibility and standardization across agile software teams. Its existing development and testing setup, including OpenText Application Quality Management and Jira, worked well for traditional projects, but it struggled to support agile workflows, making bug tracking, approvals, and cross-team collaboration more difficult.

To address this, Santander Brazil implemented OpenText Software Delivery Management, integrating it with Jenkins, Jira, and OpenText Functional Testing Lab for Mobile and Web. The rollout was completed in under six months and now supports over 500 projects, 1,000 workspaces, and 2,600 daily users. With OpenText, the bank improved workflow visibility, reduced manual work, and accelerated delivery, helping teams work more efficiently and strengthen time-to-market in the competitive Brazilian banking sector.
