The firm deployed OpenText Fax2Mail, a cloud‑hosted email‑to‑fax solution that removed fax machines and related infrastructure and let staff send and receive faxes directly from email. The change accelerated issue resolution, boosted employee productivity (saving the equivalent of one full‑time position), improved customer service—particularly in the BenefitsVIP support team—and cut capital, telecom and maintenance costs.
