Haleon Hong Kong wanted to automate order processing for non-EDI customers and reduce manual data entry across its Hong Kong operations. Working with OpenText and its capture solution, the company aimed to improve straight-through processing while keeping pharmacy shelves stocked efficiently.
OpenText implemented automated data capture to feed clean order data into Haleon’s SAP systems, reducing human error and lowering the IT burden. As a result, Haleon raised order processing automation from 70% to 90%, saved at least 20 hours of manual work per week, and improved OTIF delivery performance from about 98.5% to over 99%.
