Consolis, a leading European precast concrete manufacturer with operations in 28 countries and more than 10,000 employees, faced a growing information-management problem: millions of PDFs, Word files, emails and other records created a chaotic environment that made documents hard to find and harder to manage—especially with rising regulatory demands such as the EU’s GDPR.

To address this, Consolis upgraded to OpenText Document Management, eDOCS Edition (including eDOCS InfoCenter and managed services), giving more than 1,000 daily users a personalized, mobile-ready interface and per-document controls and audit trails. The rollout migrated ~30,000 documents in hours, delivered 100% visibility across formats and ages, improved onboarding and integration with intranet/ERP systems, supported GDPR compliance, and enabled rapid retrieval of documents dating back decades.
