CSC implemented Micro Focus PPM—deploying portfolio, financial, project, resource and time management modules—to centralize resources and cost data and improve forecasting. Within months the company saw faster, more efficient project execution, $5.6 million pesos saved in the first six months, an estimated 11.3 million pesos in annual savings and a roughly 12% reduction in anticipated project costs, prompting consideration of broader rollout.
