Coke One North America (CONA) Services is a shared IT-services organization run by and for Coca‑Cola bottlers, providing a common SAP-based platform that supports nearly 400 bottling sites. During a major refranchising effort, CONA needed to add many more users and locations while ensuring SAP platform stability, preventing service interruptions, and detecting defects before new loads went into production.

CONA implemented Micro Focus Performance Center SaaS, integrating SaaS controllers with on‑premises load generators and customizing the configuration to test SAP ECC, SAP Web and third‑party apps backed by SAP HANA. The approach enabled a record 19‑hour test with 6,230 users and now supports 75,000 users (15,000 concurrent) across 359 locations at 91 transactions/sec—preventing downtime and helping bottlers generate about $16 billion in annual revenue.
